It is on the page you saw after ordering and in your confirmation email, and looks like CC-4K7P2M. If you cannot find it, email hello@cubycrafts.com.au from the address you ordered with and we will look it up.
Why we ask for both
Your order details are not readable without them. The reference alone will not open an order, so nobody who guesses one can see what you bought or where it is going.
